| The remnant of Hurricane Delta, now a tropical weather system, poured copious amounts of rain in New Jersey on October 12. The Dover & Rockaway River KV1 crew was out in the rain serving customers. The crew is pushing new Chesapeake & Delaware GP38-2 2005 to the Kenvil team track. |
