| "Allegra" railcar ABe 8/12 # 3503 of the Rhaetian Railway left Ospizio Bernina shortly with regional train 1633 from St.Moritz to Tirano. The train is crossing the 46 meter long bridge "at the lake", which was built in 1949 only to move the track further away from the slope due to heavy snow drifts. The Lago Bianco (white lake reservoir) is full after the summer with a hight of 2234 meter a.s.l. In the background is 2974 meter high Piz Alv. |
