In the early years of the BN merger, Wenatchee, WA was a healthy source of originating traffic requiring both branchline and mainline locals. It's GN history lived into the mid-70s with some GN painted power, and with a few assigned cabooses such as BN 10250, an International style non-extended cupola caboose that appears to have been built by GN's St. Cloud, MN shops in 1962, possibly as X-54.
