"Rubber Necking"
Conrail OI-16 notches up at CP Port in Elizabeth with one of the seven remaining ex-Erie Lackawanna SD45-2s leading. The 1700 was repainted into its as delivered EL scheme by the Chattanooga shops in 2015.
