| Here we see CSX M706 screaming northbound through Atmore, Alabama, behind CSX 2756 still in Yellow Nose Two on the point of the long manifest for Pensacola. Even cooler was the completed trifecta of nothing but old 4 axle EMD motors. The slugset trailing had just been brought out of Huntington weeks prior. I never thought I'd chase a GP38-2 on the head end of a road train in 2020 but here we are looking back at what certainly tops the charts for rarity in this year. |
