In October 1982 the Central Vermont and Boston & Maine ran a promotional version of their Rocket overnight piggyback service between St. Albans, VT, and New Haven, CT. Headed up by CV and B&M GP9s, the special consist of piggyback flats and business cars paused at the station at White River Junction, VT.
