| After completely failing here on Thanksgiving due to less than half of my flashes going off I was determined to retry it... however CN threw a curve ball at me. What is almost always a night time departure out of Battle Creek the crew was out a little after 1600 with sun setting just after 1700 I knew this would be close. With the shadows taking over the area, and the light getting low it worked out well enough to break out the flashes. With the sun still lighting up the elevator for a few more minutes, a 10000' 450 screams past the Charlotte depot and will soon be stopping to work Cory yard. I would say I redeemed myself after the failure 2 days before. |
