Remarks & Notes |
After crossing the Enz Viaduct, 181 209-8 took the "Mozart" Eurocity (Paris-Strasbourg-Stuttgart-Munich-Vienna) through the Bietigheim-Bissingen train station. Class 181 locomotives are dual-system locomotives (15kV 16 2/3 Hz and 25kV 50Hz) with which cross-border traffic to France or Luxembourg was possible. 181 209 was dismantled on June 28, 2017 like many others near Cologne. Some locomotives went to the museum, others are used by private railway companies. Scan of a middle size color slide. |
