Warming up Moore-Keppel & Co. 9 for its trip up the line for the day. At the time of the 2020 Railfan Weekend, the men of Cass had managed to successfully take the 9 as far as the water tank just above Whittaker twice, with this being the first time the locomotive being recorded passed Back Mountain Road. In order for the engine to be ready in time for the 2019 Railfan Weekend & a photo charter later in the year, the engine is actually borrowing the turret from Moore-Keppel & Co. 3, forcing the engine to be limited to an operational boiler pressure of only 125psi & greatly limiting what they can do with the locomotive. The hope is to eventually have a better turret equipped on it so that it can operate at the boiler's designed operating pressure, therefore no longer limiting where the engine can go.
