Close enough? Born as Mississippian 76 (Baldwin, 1920), the recently minted Baltimore & Ohio 476 spent time at the Penn View Mountain RR (Blairsville, PA), Gettysburg Railroad, Ohio Central Railroad Steam Department, and Steam Railroading Institute (Owosso, MI) before coming to the Oakland B&O Museum (Oakland, MD) in 2018 for display. There is a small collection of cars as well along side the restored depot, but today only freight passes by the platform.
Doug Lilly's recently posted picture of the Oakland, Maryland station while it still served passengers in 1981 photo brought up the memory of this visit.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
