Doing every bit of track speed (25) westbound, the HESR 2144 runs LHF over Swan Creek.
The MMRR crew came back from Genesee Yard engine light, and grabbed 12 cars from the LSRC interchange (5 Tanks for Hemlock, 6 Tanks for Breckenridge, and a boxcar for Wheeler). They lined up their train in the west end of Paines, then motored westbound to Alma.
The HESR 2144 is temporary on the MMRR until their own motor gets electrical work done in Bay City. As for the HESR 3868, it made it's last run on the line earlier in the day. So, that is now back onto the HESR for the time being until it gets sent to MEI. The times are changing, and the MMRR is getting their own unit for the first time in almost 20 years.
