In a rare unobstructed view of the former CN F7A, RPCX 9177 sits in the Shenandoah Valley Railroad yard on an absolutely frigid night in Staunton, VA. This locomotive was originally acquired to be a part of Norfolk Southern's OCS fleet, and its counterpart (seen in photo 748486) sits just miles away at the end of a pipe plant siding.
