| The encounter between Tauri of the ÖBB and German trains on Swiss soil in Basel lasted only one year. After that, the Austrian locomotives were replaced by German 101. In any case, the ÖBB Nightjet was a great success, even if it is currently paused due to the pandemic. The night train network in Europe is to be expanded further in the future. A night train connection from Switzerland to Rome is also being considered again. |
