| The CNJ lives on! As part of its 30th anniversary celebration (way back) in 2012, NS painted 20 new locomotives in the color schemes of predecessor railroads. Seventh out of the paint shop was EMD SD70ACe painted in the Central of New Jersey's first livery described as Tangerine and Blue which its locomotives wore between 1946 to 1950. Captured here along the former Reading Company ROW is No. 1071 eastbound through Norristown, PA bound for the ports of north Jersey.
