A westbound Keystone Service train heads south on the Northeast Corridor. At the time of this photo, cab cars were not yet used on Keystone Service trains. In October of 2006, the re-electrification and re-launch of the Keystone Service would be complete. The new service featured quicker service, more trains with more capacity, and no longer required switching diesel and electric locomotives in Philadelphia.
