| On the 25th and 26th of May - massive storms ravaged Virginia and the Carolinas. Rivers across the states were completely flooded - and that's evident here. The river is higher than usual, as CSXT F749 creeps across. This bridge used to host the Seaboard Air Line mainline into Richmond, and hotshot trains like the Orange Blossom Special and SAL's 'TT23' piggyback train. Not anymore - though. Now - it is host to short and small locals, and the occasional unit train. |
