The self propelled diesel dyagnosis vehicle "DFZ" (Diagnosefahrzeug) of SBB infrastructure XTmass 160 # 001 is on a measurement run from St-Maurice via Montreux-Vevey-Puidoux-Chexbres-Palézieux-Moudon-Payerne-Kerzers-Lyss-Zollikofen-Bern to the home basis Bern Weyermannshaus, seen between Vevey and Chexbres-Village, on a grade of 4.4 % through the vineyards of the Lavaux. This day, the test run was from Bern via Thun-Lötschberg Base Tunnel-Brig-Simplon tunnel to Iselle, then through the Valais to Bouveret and St-Gingolph, then back to St-Maurice. The vehicle "Roger 1000" was built by MerMec in Monopoli/Italy in 2006 and is powered with 2 Cummins dieselmotors of 336 kW each, the weight is 64 ton.
