Eastbound on the Western Maryland. Maryland Midland Railway's UBHF arrived at the Union Bridge, Maryland station as the sun was setting on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 with SD40-2 3448 leading. The Western Maryland Railway Historical Society Inc Museum is housed in and at the restored Union Bridge Station, with a number of artifacts from the railroad as well as several pieces of rolling stock. A substantial load of cars that day required four engines, a marked increase in business on a line that has seen its fortunes reversed since the formation of MMID and ultimate purchase of that company by the Genesee and Wyoming Rail Road.
