| Crossing over the Millers Run river bridge, this W&LE train has two loads of ballast that are slated to be dumped about half of a mile ahead. After nearly two hours of attempting to dump, the cars were unable to handle the task, the MOW and T&E crew finally forfeited their efforts and returned to Rook Yard. |
