Looking all the more diminutive against a growing city skyline, a short out of place two car weekend SEPTA commuter train finds its way onto Amtrak's NEC (North East Corridor) due to a project called "The Southwest Connection Improvement Program" which took place between August 4th to August 19th, 2018.
The dramatic view of the city of Philadelphia now includes the relatively new skyscrapers to the left - the large "FMC Tower at Cira Centre South" (736' 49 floors 2016) and the smaller "Evo at Cira Centre South" (430' 33 floors 2014) to its left, the recently topped off Comcast Technology Center (1,121' 60 floors 2018) in the center of the shot, its thin tip, earning it recognition as the tallest building in the United States outside of Manhattan and Chicago.
