Deseret Power Railway’s westbound unit coal train passes milepost 1 west of the Deserado Mine loadout north of Rangely, Colorado, on the afternoon of October 21, 2015. Three General Electric E60C-2s power the 44-car train bound for Utah’s Bonanza Power Plant.
