Cuesta Ahead. On Saturday, July 25, 2020, Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) held the markers of the Amtrak Coast Starlight (Train 14). The train is seen crossing the 931 foot Stenner Creek Trestle, which was built in 1904 for the Southern Pacific Railroad. It will shortly face the toughest part of its journey in California, the steep Cuesta grades.
