Remarks & Notes
A high priority freight train from Blytheville, AR, to Galesburg, IL, is slowly pulling out of the West Quincy Yard. The train crosses the massive Mississippi River Bridge as they pull out of the yard and begin the last segment of the trip into Galesburg. The train is also crossing from Missouri into Illinois as they cross the river. This bridge was built as part of a big bypass route around Quincy, IL, the CB&Q did in 1960.
