In the days when Power River coal traffic ran heavy, the lineup of empty sets waiting to move through Lincoln often had trains queued for many miles down the line. At Waverly, some 12 miles east of Lincoln's Hobson Yard, an empty set led by an Oakway SD60 sits beside a crewless manifest in the center siding, likewise waiting its turn.
