The southbound Livonia, Avon and Lakeville road freight slowly works its way around the tight curves in Henrietta, NY with ALCo C425 number 425 leading. This section of track is in place to take the train from the ex Lehigh Valley Rochester Branch alignment to the ex Erie alignment.
New York state has the largest number of ALCO diesel locomotives working in everyday service. Here are some of them. Soon I hope to chronicle all of them.
