CaterParrott Railnet, job 16 is at Kelly, Georgia on the E line, a former Central of Georgia branch that ran from Machen to Covington where a connection was made with the Georgia Railroad. Caterparrott Railnet GP40s' tiptoe north within the confines of this pine tree invested route to retrieve storage cars. The E Line through the years has never seen much action, in more recent times the line is used for just car storage. The Great Walton operated the line until September of 2009. Only in the last seven years has any part of the E Line seen a wheel, CPR cleared all of the trees and other debris which had began to overtake the route from Machen to Newborn which is now the end of track.
