'Roger' is a 2 foot gauge Kerr Stuart loco,built in 1918,and ex Imperial Smelting Company,Avonmouth,Bristol.
The loco works the garden railway at the Statfold Barn Railway on its open days,which it would be doing here,if it was working properly.
Whatever the problem was,it was out of action for a while.
