Reading Company's Quakertown Train Station & Freight House
The Reading Company's historic 1902 built station sits adjacent to the freight house under an early Summer "Super Moon". Both structures were built the same year and both have been added to the National Register of Historic Places in April 2000. As for 2021, only the passenger station has been restored and is under ownership of the Quakertown Train Station Historical Society. The glowing backdrop is with compliments of the recently opened outdoor lounge of Quakertown's restored 1896 Trolley Barn seen here.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
