Spirit Of Our Law Enforcement. CSX 3194 (ES44AC-H, Spirit Of Our Law Enforcement) arrived at Port Newark, New Jersey on CSX Q010-11 on July 12, 2021. After finishing its work, it cut off from the train and tied down for the day. The New Jersey Police Benevolent Association brought its "Special Services" vehicle down to pose with the engine.
