Pacific Harbor Line's 0800 UP Dock Job, YPUP08, rounds an S-curve on the West Basin Lead in Wilmington. PHL 69, an MP20C-3, was build originally as a Canadian National SD40. It's hauling a long train of intermodal loads from UP's ICTF facility to Yang Ming's West Basin Container Terminal at the Port of Los Angeles. The building on the left is an office for TraPac, which operates a terminal on the site of the PHL's old Pier A Yard. On the right is the Harbor Generating Station.
