| NS in Nature: Though I am not usually inclined towards long expeditions into the wilderness - even for trains! - a mixture of curiosity and (relative) proximity prompted me to attend the 2019 open house at Virginia's Natural Tunnel. The natural beauty on display was more than enough to make up for the fact that NS decided to send a standard (and even somewhat unkempt-looking) EVO in place of the heritage and special-interest units that had attended in preceding years. |
