All four locomotives passing the foundation of MP's Independence passenger station are Missouri Pacific - sort of. All are lettered Missouri Pacific, but only the third unit (SD40-2 3266) is 100% MP, still in Jenks blue. The lead unit is a Mopac loco, but in Armour yellow. Second unit is GP40-2 907 in yellow, but it is a former Western Pacific loco (3552, delivered 4/80). The trailing unit is GP40 603 in yellow, but it was originally CRI&P (343, delivered 9/66).
