"Remembering September 11th"
The annual "Tribute in Light" illuminates the New York City skyline on the evening of September 11, 2019 while GP40PH-2 4102 sits idle across the Hudson River in Hoboken Terminal. The two beams of light are illuminated into the Manhattan skyline every year on September 11th to remember the 2,977 lives lost on that day in 2001.
