Reflecting On Heritage. On the night of Sunday, September 26, 2021, Canadian Pacific Railway 7019 (EMD SD70ACu), was parked in the station at Saratoga Springs, New York after leading CP Train 40B (Office Car Special) earlier in the day as CP 1401 (FP9A) and 1900 (F9B) trailed with a 13 car consist. CP 7019 was rebuilt by Progress Rail from CP 9123 (SD9043MAC) and arrived back on the property as part of a 30 unit rebuild order with the block lettering heritage paint scheme and CP's 1949-1959 logo (https://www.cpr.ca/en/the-cp-logo), showcasing one of CP's newest class of engines with an exciting twist on its past.
From all American railroads, you will see all of the American railroad heritage units, Orginal paints, and sticker units displayed in this album by Railfan 225!
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
