On Sunday, September 26, Canadian Pacific Railway's Royal Canadian Pacific train was sent south from Montreal to Saratoga Springs for positioning for a charter trip. The odd consist of CP SD70ACU 7019 leading F9Au 1401 and F9B 1900, shows an interesting comparison between some of CP's earliest diesel locomotives and their latest. The train is seen along Lake Champlain at the famous Red Rocks, Willsboro, location in upstate New York.
