| Awaiting the call to their next assignment at Canadian National’s Woodcrest Locomotive Shop are Illinois Central SD70 1034 and CN ES44AC 2881. (Woodcrest used to be an IC facility before CN acquired the railroad.) IC 1034 is a 1999 EMD product, and CN 2881 was built by GE in 2014. (Homewood, Illinois – September 26. 2021) Photographed on railroad property with permission and full PPE and Covid precautions. |
