| With empties for Black Thunder Mine in the Powder River Basin, two CSX old fashioned EMDs wind around the “Shoo-Fly” bridge construction area above Interstate 294. With the freeway below widened, the bridge needed to be redone. With most the work complete already, this temporary curve is set to be straightened by the end of the year. |
