The Famous Uneven Axle Count. CSX Q403-20 did not have a problem, it had an FL9, WEBX 2024 (ex-CTDX 2024, née-New Haven 2058) 3rd from the front. On the evening of Wednesday, October 20, 2021, it crossed Doodletown Bight near Bear Mountain, New York. The engine is being transported a shortline railroad for further work as it is restored for operation.
