| Near the community of Lipps, in southwest Virginia, Norfolk Southern train NS U48 is coming to a stop with loaded coal cars for a crew change with NS crew U47. THe NS U48 crew pulled the loads from the loading facilty at Dixiana. This in on NS's Steer Branch (former Interstate Railroadtrackage). The empty coal hoppers on the right await their turn to be loaded at Dixiana. |
