Group Special. On Saturday, October 31, 2015 Juniata Terminal Company (former Pennsylvania Railroad) E8s 5711 and 5809 lead a special excursion for The Lexington Group For Transportation History across the Conrail Shared Assets system in North Jersey. The Lexington Group is an invitation only group for those with "significant accomplishments in transportation history or practice" that holds an annual meeting for its members. The train is seen entering Browns Yard in Sayreville, New Jersey. The Amboy Secondary had its electrification removed in the Conrail Era, but the caternary poles still remain. To date, this is the last time that the E8s have lead a train, fittingly on PRR home rails.
