Attired in Phase VI livery, one of Amtrak’s 50th anniversary commemorative schemes, AMTK 108 brings the eastbound Pennsylvanian, Amtrak 42(6), out of Casners Curve at milepost PT 152.7, about halfway between Mifflin and Port Royal in the Juniata River valley.
The electrified Northeast Corridor and Keystone Corridor have the traffic. The Pennsylvanian and Capitol Limited routed, which are all diesel, have the scenery.
