| The owner of the Tunnel Inn informed us that the westbound 21E had not one, but two Norfolk Southern Heritage units on it, with the Penn Central 1073 on the point followed by the Lehigh Valley 8104. We could tell the train was getting close when a bunch of railfans started arriving and running on to the Jackson Street overpass. Soon the train popped out of the Gallitzin Tunnel as the sun broke out from the clouds, to the cheers of many taking photos. |
