In the aftermath of a huge winter storm, a Dover & Rockaway River Railroad crew from Kenvil, NJ operates a local freight on the Black River & Western Main between Flemington and Three Bridges, NJ. Crews under the parent company of the Chesapeake & Delaware are qualified to operate on the various subsidiary lines. The locomotive has had a storied lineage. Built as a GP38 for the Baltimore & Ohio as BO 4805, it then went to CSX as CSXT 2105. Following this, it was rebuilt into a GP38-2 for the Chicago & Northwestern as CNW 4705, then it went to the Union Pacific as UP 404, and then to the CIT Group/Capital Finance Inc. as CEFX 404, before finally going to the Chesapeake & Delaware's Dover & Rockaway River Railroad.
