Jenks Shop near the north transfer table at North Little Rock, Arkansas, on May 19, 2015. UP No. 3299 is undergoing a SD40N transformation in railroad’s extensive rebuild program of old SD40-2s and is well on its way to becoming a “new” SD40N.
