A New Era For Amtrak: The Inaugural Revenue Run for Amtrak's new long distance Siemens Charger locomotives has less than 30 miles to go to reach the final destination of Seattle, Washington. These are the first new locomotives for the National Network in over 20 years and are expected to eventually replace the P42DC.
