Winding Out Of Wilmington. CSX 911 "Spirit Of Our First Responders" (ES44AH) and 3194 "Spirit Of Our Law Enforcement" (ES44AH) lead Q410-14 on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, as seen crossing the former Baltimore and Ohio Railroad bridge over Brandywine Creek in Wilmington, Delaware. This was the first time that CSXT 911 lead a train on the Philly Sub.
