| Crew change time at Scenic, WA viewed from the Hwy 2 overpass just west of the Cascade Tunnel. The eastbound freight has pulled up to the end of the siding as its crew has run out of time. A new crew has been taxied up and soon the train will be underway again. Somehow we managed to accidentally stage my friend Ralph Hintze's Cougar into the scene, and I suspect some of the crew members would have rather taken that back to Seattle than the taxi. I suspect the two F45s were added to the front of the train in lieu of midtrain helpers this day. |
