In June 1984, Golden Arrow Lines operated excursions on the Central Wisconsin Railroad Company route between Waukesha and Whitewater, Wisconsin. Passing the Nite Cap Inn at Palmyra is one of the eastbound excursions led by Charleston & Western Carolina F7(A) No. 901. On the other end of the train, Atlantic Coast Line E3(A) No. 501, powers the westbound trains out of Waukesha, and both locomotives were owned by the late Glenn Monhart. This particular line became part of Wisconsin & Calumet (WICT) the following year, and will later be part of the Wisconsin & Southern system.
