At 19:49 (7:49 pm) BNSF Railway train Q-LACATG1-30A rolled to a stop for a red signal in front of the Fullerton passenger station. Three BNSF ES44DCs (7501, 7865 and 7836), along with Dash 9-44CW 5517 (as the third engine), sit as their crew waits patiently to get this Guaranteed Service Intermodal train moving again as it heads from Los Angeles to Atlanta GA. Five minutes later the dispatcher in San Bernardino gave this train a clear signal and it was moving once again. (Fullerton, California – March 30, 2012)
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
