Wig wag quartet Wisconsin Central’s ANPRA train heads southbound out of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, on July 20, 1996. The Proviso-bound train is traveling on WC’s Fox Valley & Western, the former Fox River Valley Railroad (FRVR) formed from cast-off Chicago & North western routes in Wisconsin. The train is passing milepost 147, and is crossing Morris Street and North 12th Street grade crossings, protected by an animated quartet of wig wags!
